Most folders will have a "READ ME" file providing information as to it's use and content.

Overview of folders

• Contracts, Agreements and Other Division Commitments - 
• Divisional Understandings, Processes, & Procedures - agreements, understandings, processes, and procedures that span multiple departments or throughout the IT Division.
• IAM, Centralized Automation, and Data Definitions - documentation for identity management and data automation.  Also, contains data definitions spanning various authoritative and collective systems.
• IT Departmental - a location for IT departments and associated units to store documentation for their particular areas.
• IT Policy, Governance, and Compliance - documents for internal IT governance or compliance.  May also provide additional resources for external governance, compliance, guidelines, etc. documentation. 
• Planning and Strategic Documents - 
• Service-Specific - documenation based on Service Catalog.
• System and Technology-Specific - documentation organized around individual products such as PCR-360, Office 360, etc.
